What are the shipping and delivery times?

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

How can I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number (for example UPS, USPS, etc.)

What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

Upon receiving damaged merchandise, promptly take a picture and contact us through our Get in Touch page. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Can I return my product for a refund?

Sure! We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide their own return shipping label.

Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.
